What methods of payment do you accept?
All the standard methods - VISA, Mastercard, American Express, cash (in-store) & AfterPay. Please note a 1.9% card fee applies.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards at multiple prices (generally $50) in our James Street Atelier, so pay us a visit and give someone the gift of choosing their own piece! If you are shopping online, go to our Gifts section on the website!
Do you do afterpay?
Yes! We offer afterpay payments but please note, purchases over $1000 can not be processed with afterpay.
Can I exchange/return my items?
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, and offer a 12-month warranty. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for terms and conditions.
Do you offer discounts and specials?
The product I wanted is no longer online, can you still make it for me?
Sometimes we will take products down from our online store to make way for new pretty things. Please contact us via email (email@example.com) or in-store with details or an image of the desired product and we’ll confirm if it is possible. Most likely we will be able to create your piece or something similar.
Where can I buy your product?
Our Brisbane atelier (located on the corner of Brunswick and McLachlan Streets in California Lane, Fortitude Valley, QLD, Australia) is open for you to see our pieces in real life, or, you can shop with our Stockists, or, online here!
How much does shipping cost?
For domestic purchases over $89, standard shipping is free (over $150 for free standard international shipping. Please read our Shipping & Delivery page for more details. (add standard shipping rate???)
How long does processing and delivery take?
We try and dispatch items within 2 working days of you placing your order. If there is a delay, you will be notified. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for a shipping guide. If you need your product urgently, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise the best method!
Can I pick up my order at Rebellious Grace Atelier?
Absolutely! Just choose the ‘pick-up’ option a the online checkout. We actually love meeting the rebels that wear our jewels so please come visit!
Do you post to PO boxes?
We do! But note that only Australia Post will ship to PO Boxes, so we will be unable to use our courier service.
PRODUCTION & PRACTICES
What materials are your pieces made out of?
All of our pieces are comprised of either a solid sterling silver or solid brass base, with with either a 24k, or 18k Gold plate. They are nickel-free, lead-free and hypoallergenic. Our silver pieces are usually comprised of 925 a sterling silver hook & silver-plated solid brass accessories (nickel-free, lead-free and hypoallergenic.). Refer to the description of each item online for more info.
Is your packaging made of plastic? Nooooooo. Our packaging is completely plastic-free, even down to the sticky tape. We don’t use any plastic packaging your item in-store and you will receive your package in a HERO zero-waste bag, which is 100% biodegradable. Mother earth is the OG rebel, and we do our best to take care of her as a small business.
Where are the gold accessories made? Are they Australian?
We work closely with factories in Turkey, Hong Kong and Korea to manufacture our components, which we then design and assemble in-store here!
How can I find out more info on the sustainability and ethical practices of your suppliers?

Are your materials ethically sourced?
Absolutely! We ensure our pieces are manufactured by factories that do small-scale manufacturing, and ensure safe working practices for their staff. Most of our suppliers are family businesses that focus on small-scale production.
Do you do repairs? Yes, contact us via email with photos of your piece or visit us instore. We, unfortunately, do not do repairs of jewellery from other stores.
I’ve lost the back of my earrings, can you give me new ones?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit us in-store, and we'll take care of you.
We're happy to replace one-two backs free of charge, and we also offer small bundle packs of backs for 5-10pairs for a low price.
I feel there is an issue with the quality of my piece.
Please let us know! We stand by the quality of our items but with our 12-month warranty, you are entitled to an exchange or refund of faulty goods. Just send us an email or visit us in-store. Please bring your piece with you.

Can I customise my own piece?
Yes! Get your creative juices flowing and customise your own piece on our website here. Have fun!
Can you make a chain longer or shorter?
Of course! If you are shopping in-store, we can probably do it for you on the day. If you are shopping online, send us an email with the specifications you’d like your chain made to and we will sort it out!
Can you customise any piece of jewellery from the store?
We offer customised chain lengths and also customised jewellery (combining pieces we have available/alternating hoops and charms etc).
Can I get the piece made fully in real gold?
Yes! There is a waiting period as we need to order materials, and the prices vary according to what you would like created. Ask us in-store or email email@example.com.
I have a stone that I want to turn into a ring, can you do this?
While we would love to offer stone-setting and custom casting, to keep up with demand of our current customisable stock, this is not a service that we offer. However we can refer you on to local gold/silver smiths who may be able to help you.

How do I care for my RG piece?

My jewellery has tarnished, what should I do?
Tarnishing normally occurs due to the skin’s acidity, particular creams/lotions, storage conditions and contact with water. You can purchase an appropriate cleaning solution, and please follow our care guide and advice here.
My chain is knotted, what do I do?
These things happen, of course! Knotted chains can be difficult to untangle and there is, unfortunately, no easy fix. We recommend using two small pins or needles and patiently separating the knots, avoiding any stress or unnecessary tension to the chain as this will result is stretching and eventual breakages. If you are really struggling with a stubborn knot, please bring it in-store to let us de-tangle it. Please store your precious pieces in a safe spot or box where they will not get. We recommend hanging options for necklaces. Please refer to our care guide here.
