Bonded™ Solid Gold Clasp Service

Bonded chain broken and can't make it in for a repair? 
Decided you want your Bonded chain to be removable? 

No stress, we can add a clasp to your permanent jewellery item via post. 

Pricing:
We do not profit from our clasp service. We charge wholesale cost of the clasp, registered postage both ways, cost of labor, and taxes. 

Turnaround times:
As this is a free service offered by us, it is fulfilled in-between Bonded™ appointments, daily online orders, and bespoke bridal orders. In peak busy times this can take up to three weeks to add the clasp, repair and clean the chain and get it returned back to you. If you would like priority turn around (1 week) please select priority/rush fee at checkout. 

Step One:
Select your clasp preference below, add to cart, check-out using your postage address. 

Step Two:
We will reach and say hello, link this service to your original order, and send you an Auspost label to post your chain back to us here in Brisbane. 

Step Three:
We will assess the chain for any faulty/weakened links and repair if necessary, and then add your clasp. We will then return it to the address noted on this chain service order. 

Step Four
Enjoy! You now have a removable chain!

Alternative Options:
Find a local jeweller. Your Bonded™ chain is crafted from solid 9k gold and a local jeweller should be able to add a clasp for you. We cannot offer a pricing guide for this service.
