Solid gold offers unmatched durability, luxury, and timelessness. Unlike plated alternatives, it retains its value and shine, making it a lifelong investment in both style and quality. It can forever be repaired, remodelled or melted and re-cast which is why we've coined the term "forever finery" for our solid gold pieces.

We assemble our pieces to order in our stores and endeavour to dispatch all online orders within one business day. Sometimes, we may need to transfer components between stores to finish a piece - if this is the case we will be in touch with an estimated dispatch time.

Our charms are made in Australia using Australian-refined gold. Our chains are sourced from an Australian supplier who make the majority of their chain in Melbourne, Australia - with some chain items being made in partnership with manufacturers in Italy. Our pieces are assembled by us, in-store.

Nope! Solid gold has no base metal and is a consistent "alloy" all the way through, meaning that you can wear your solid gold pieces everywhere without worry of tarnishing plating wear. For long term maintenance: a gentle scrub in soapy water, or a gold cleaning dip will bring back it's original shine in a matter of minutes.

For custom pieces such as chains we cannot offer change-of-mind exchanges for different products, but we are happy to make adjustments to ensure you are happy with your forever finery. This falls under our 'standard free repair' policy. For adjustments or remodelling that require additional materials, charges may occur to cover material cost. We're an independently operated, funded and manufactured brand that started in Brisbane with a brick-and-mortar store in 2019. Since then, we've reinvested all of our profit back into the business making it the trustworthy local destination for many Brisbane/Gold Coast residents. You can visit our stores to view your pieces being made, or meet our friendly owner, Zoe - who still works across the two stores.
